Come with us as we paint rain barrels! Steps: 1. Cleaning - Use a 1:1 water and vinegar solution to scrub the rain barrel. Any dirt or grime will prevent the paint from applying smoothly. 2. Sanding - Using a fine grit sandpaper, rough up the outer surface of the rain barrel until it looks dull. 3.
