Dehydrating mint in my dehydrator. Usually I enjoy tying bunches and hanging them to dry, it’s much prettier in my opinion. I wanted to try something different and it gave me a reason to use my dehydrator. To dehydrate, I removed the leaves from the stalks and placed them in a single layer on the dehydrator trays. The stalks weren’t wasted, I gave them to my chickens. Set the temp at 115 for 4 hours. Once they were dehydrated i placed them in jars and sealed them tight. Ill use this mint in body
