Olive oil PREVENTS cancer! The University of Milan examined 27,000 subjects in Italy for consumption of olive oil. The results were olive oil was associated with a 70% reduction for various forms of cancer. The participants consumed 2 to 4 tablespoons a day of olive oil. The TYPE of olive oil is also very important there are many bad brands out there that aren't even real olive oil.
