Sadly the beta version of the North San Juan Channel hydrophone has officially met its end after a series of winter storms. We knew this was likely to be a temporary deployment to help us learn the specifics of the site, and we have definitely learned some important lessons! Unfortunately this means the hydrophone will be offline for the foreseeable future while we assemble an upgraded deployment for the next iteration of this hydrophone. | Orca Behavior Institute
